Are you tired and lack motivation to get fit; worried about serious health concerns like diabetes, heart disease, stroke or hypo/hyperthyroidism; embarrassed about working out in front of others; overwhelmed with trying to figure out how to exercise properly and eat healthy; confused as to whether it is safe to exercise through pregnancy?

If so, here at Fitness Within our professional certified personal trainers will help you overcome these barriers and help you get on the right path to reach your health and fitness goals!

One-on-One Personal Training:

Putting the personal back into personal training. One-on-one personal training is ideal for those seeking high levels of personal attention and accountability. Our professional certified trainers are focused on your physical, emotional and nutritional needs. They will work directly with you to design and implement a personalized fitness and nutrition program, maximizing your results in a safe and effective manner. As part of our one-on-one personal training program,  our clients have the option to receive a fitness assessment every six weeks to track progress that includes: Functional Movement Screening (FMS), body composition testing, personal strength/endurance tests, and daily caloric requirements. These sessions are 60 minutes in length including: 45 minutes of resistance training followed by 15 minutes of cardiovascular training.

 

Small Group Training:

Small group training provides the personal attention you want at a more budget friendly price. In small, private 2-8 person groups, you will enjoy the added motivation that the group dynamic provides and will find that it enhances your own training efforts, progresses your fitness level, and helps accelerate success. You have the option to join a group or start your own with family, friends, or colleagues. These classses are for any and all fitness levels. These classes are 45 minutes in length and are instructed by our professional certified trainers.

Contest Prep Coaching:

Are you looking to step on stage and compete?  All competitors are coached by Domenic Prisco (men's physique competitor), who is a certified personal trainer with years of personal training and nutrition programming experience.  With customized workouts, nutritional coaching, weekly check-ins and posing coaching, Domenic will have you polished and looking your best for your next competition. 
(Competitors typically start prep 3 months before the competition date.)
 
Monthly Packages:

Contest Prep Coaching:  Includes a weekly 45 minute posing session and check-in, nutritional coaching, customized workouts and a free one-on-one personal training session.

Posing Coaching:  One weekly 45 minute posing session.

*Divisions include men’s physique and women’s bikini*

                                           


Pre/Postnatal Training:

Exercising during pregnancy helps to relieve many pregnancy related conditions such as: Pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, and varicose veins. Our pre/postnatal exercise classes follow the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ACOG) Guidelines, the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) recommendations, and the most current research and updates on exercise and pregnancy. Our program provides fitness training for Pre-and Postnatal women in a safe, professional environment. Pregnancy and parenthood is an exciting, overwhelming, but often exhausting time in life. Through our pre/postnatal training, you can expect to feel strong and optimistic about the days ahead.

These classes are 45 minutes in length and are instructed by our professional certified trainers. Prenatal and postnatal classes are separate. Prenatal classes are also broken down into each trimester.
