Our TriFORGE Training Program is the recipe for creating change in your body. Whether you are looking to lose weight, burn fat, tone up, build lean muscle, or add mass, you need three things: Fitness, Nutrition and Accountability. And it’s not just a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s all customized for YOUR goals!
Fitness – Whether you are coming into our studio for your sessions (see classes and one-on-one options below), or you are working out at home just like our numerous remote clients from around the country, we are putting together an innovative, challenging, and fun fitness program just for you. All you need to do is put in the work for 3 sessions a week. Yup, that’s it. And what about cardio? Yes, there is also some cardio, but we meet you where you are. We are going to give you realistic goals doing cardiovascular exercise that you enjoy doing, whether that is walking, running, spin classes, rowing, etc. And when you hit that goal, we’ll make adjustments to keep you moving and progressing.
Nutrition: Our color-coded meal plan is just plain simple to follow. No math, no calorie counting, no needing to pull out an app and look up macros for every ingredient in your meal. We do it all the calculating for you so you can just plug-and-play foods you enjoy to make eating healthy a snap. And what’s better, we will customize your meal plan to make sure you can stick to it by incorporating the foods you love. That’s because we are not putting you on a temporary diet. We are teaching you how to eat in a way that is not only healthy, but enjoyable and long-lasting as well.
Accountability: This is the glue that ties it all together. What good are the best workouts and easiest meal plans in the world, if you don’t stick to it? That’s why we give every one of our TriForge clients a personal Accountability Coach. These coaches are there to motivate you, answer your questions, help you stick with your plan, and bust through any plateaus along the way. Have a question about how much of a particular food to have? Ask your coach. Not sure how to navigate that dinner out for your next work event? Your coach has the solutions. Feeling like you are falling off your workout schedule? Your coach is there to keep you on track. We are just as invested in you hitting your goals as you are, and probably more so!
