What is the Bonefrog? It is similar to a spartan race or a tough mudder, but put on by navy seals. This is a 3 mile course fitted with 20 obstacles that we plan on crushing together as a team.

We will all start together, stay together, and cross the finish line together! We will work as a team to help each other through as many obstacles as we can. This is not going to be a competitive race, this will be a fun outing to challenge ourselves and build unity! .
