The perfect blend of Power Yoga + Recovery. P2R starts with a powerful, invigorating flow, helping you burn calories while building mindfulness, and awareness of your body. This class transitions into a calming stretch phase to help your body relax, restore and recover. P2R is designed to be the perfect complement to your existing fitness program to prevent injuries, and aid in muscle recovery.  (Yoga mats will not be supplied, please bring your own)

RIPPED combines TRX suspension training with calisthenics and plyometrics in a WOD format to give you our most effective metabolic conditioning training system. The mix of TRX training and functional movements provides the ultimate workout to develop strength, power, endurance, agility, and coordination. RIPPED aims to push your limits in this high-intensity METCON experience!

Our industry leading program truly elevates the standards for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and is one of the most popular classes in our community. Go full force with cardio bursts followed by quick active recovery to spike your heart rate and build powerful conditioning. Activate your core and feel the burn! KORE will creatively focus on exercises that build muscular endurance and strength. You will break through boundaries in these ab classes as you improve posture, balance, stability, and find KORE strength you have always wanted.
