DO I NEED TO SIGN-UP ONLINE?

Yes! Signing up is super simple—just swing by our website or fire up your Mindbody app! Remember, to secure your spot in a SUT session or CLASS, be sure to book at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss that window, no problem at all! Just shoot us a text at 781-435-6555, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

For our personal training clients, our amazing FW staff is ready to take the reins when it comes to scheduling. Whether you need to book, change, or cancel a session, we’ve got you covered every step of the way. Let’s get started on your fitness journey together!

 

WHEN DO I HAVE TO ARRIVE BY FOR A SCHEDULED CLASS, SUT OR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?

Get ready to make the most of your workout! Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early for your CLASS or SUT/PERSONAL TRAINING session. This will give you enough time to fill your water bottle, freshen up, store your belongings and prepare for an awesome workout.

If you are new member that has not filled out any paperwork, we recommend showing up 30 minutes early. This way, you can take care of your waiver, show you around the studio and answer any questions you might have!

Remember, arriving 10 minutes or more late means you won’t be able to join in on the fun. So let’s make every moment count and show up ready to give it our all!

 

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

UNLIMITED CLASSES
If you miss your scheduled class, cancel, or change your appointment less than 12-hour notice, there is a $15.00 late fee.

UNLIMITED SMALL UNIT TRAINING
If you are on a SUT membership and miss your scheduled class, cancel, or change your appointment less than 12-hour notice you may forfeit your SUT session except for unlimited SUT memberships there is a $30.00 late fee.,

CHILD CARE:
If you cancel your child’s Kids Clubhouse spot less than 12 hours or you do not bring your child in for their scheduled time a late fee charge of $15.00 will be charged to the credit card on file without prior notice.

ALL OTHER MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGES
If you miss your scheduled class, cancel, or change your appointment less than 12-hour notice you will forfeit your session or class.

We truly value our members and guests, and we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to help ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to participate in classes. When cancellations occur with less than 12 hours’ notice or no notice at all, it can be challenging to fill that spot, which may affect another participant’s chance to join. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we are here to support you in any way we can. Please note that a “Late Cancel” status will appear if the cancellation period has passed. Thank you for your consideration!

 

DO I HAVE A PLACE TO STORE MY BELONGINGS?

We have cubbies where you are free to leave your personal belongings during a class or an appointment.  Although our studio is safe, we cannot be held responsible for any items you bring into the studio.  This includes, property loss, theft, or damage.

CAN I FREEZE MY ACCOUNT? 

Yes! We totally understand how challenging it can be to juggle vacation plans while keeping an eye on your budget—it can feel a bit overwhelming! That’s why we’re here to help you find a little peace of mind as you set off on your travels, whether you’re heading out to unwind or for work.

Getting started is a breeze! Just fill out the official FREEZE REQUEST form—it’s quick and hassle-free. The link is found below.

As a gentle reminder, to ensure everything goes smoothly with your request, please submit your form no later than 4 PM on the Thursday before the week(s) you’ll be away. We want you to kick back and enjoy your getaway without a care in the world!

Important Reminder: We can’t backdate freezes after the deadline. But if you happen to miss it, please do not stress. Just shoot us a text at 781-435-6555, and we’ll happily help you figure things out. Your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!

 

IMPORTANT LINKS:

FREEZE ACCOUNT REQUEST – submit this form no lather than 4:00 pm the Thursday prior to the week(s) you want to freeze.

KIDS CLUB HOUSE REQUEST – submit this 24-hrs prior to the scheduled time.  There is a 12 hour notice cancel. Anything less than 12 hours there will be a $15.00 cancellation fee charged to your credit card on file.
