instructional environment. Please familiarize yourself with our policies prior to attending your personal training, small unit training or classes. Frequently Asked Questions

DO I NEED TO SIGN-UP ONLINE?

Yes, you will sign up for class through our website or app to guarantee you a spot in your preferred class. There is a 24-hr window prior to the start of class to book your SUT session or class.  You will not be able to book a session or class less than 24 hours.

If you have a personal training service, a FW staff member will book, change or cancel your session.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO ARRIVE BY FOR A SCHEDULED CLASS, SUT OR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?

Please arrive ready to go a minimum of 10 minutes before your CLASS or SUT/PERSONAL TRAINING session, so you can fill your water bottle and use the facilities.  Don’t forget to bring a positive attitude and get ready to work hard.  If you are a new member please arrive 30 minutes early to fill out a waiver and answer any questions you may have.

If you are 10 minutes or more late, it is considered a late arrival and you will not be able to join your class or small group training session.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

UNLIMITED CLASSES
If you miss your scheduled class, cancel, or change your appointment less than 12-hour notice, the session will be charged $15.00.

UNLIMITED SMALL UNIT TRAINING
If you miss your scheduled class, cancel, or change your appointment less than 12-hour notice, the session will be charged $30.00

CHILD CARE: If you cancel your child’s Kids Clubhouse spot less than 12 hours or you do not bring your child in for their scheduled time a late fee charge of $15.00 will be charged to the credit card on file without prior notice.

ALL OTHER MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGES
If you miss your scheduled class, cancel, or change your appointment less than 12-hour notice you will forfeit your session.

This policy is in place out of respect of our members and guests.  Cancellations with less than 12-hour notice or no notice are difficult to fill and impact another participant’s ability to schedule into the class.  “Late Cancel” appears when the cancellation period has passed.

DO I HAVE A PLACE TO STORE MY BELONGINGS?

We have cubbies where you are free to leave your personal belongings during a class or an appointment.  Although our studio is safe, we cannot be held responsible for any items you bring into the studio.  This includes, property loss, theft, or damage.

Disclaimer:  Fitness Within reserves the right to change any and all policies at their discretion without prior notice or consequence.  Any policy changes that impact client accounts will be sent via an email.  

CAN I FREEZE MY ACCOUNT?

Yes, but you must submit the official FREEZE REQUEST FORM.  Once we receive the request we will let you know if it is accepted or not.  The request MUST be received by 4:00pm the THURSDAY prior to the week you want to FREEZE.

KIDS CLUB HOUSE REQUEST – submit this 24-hrs prior to the scheduled time.  There is a 12 hour notice cancel. Anything less than 12 hours there will be a $15.00 cancellation fee charged to your credit card on file.
